ENTRY FEE £8 per class
Late entries/entries on day £10 space permitting

Conditions of Entry

  1. Box and trailer parking is in the CAR PARK ONLY.
  2. Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
  3. A horse is restricted to 3 classes only.
  4. Correct riding attire must be worn in all classes
  5. Current standard hats must be worn and secured at all times when mounted on Pyatts Farm.
  6. The organisers will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or injury to any person or their property however this may be caused.
  7. The show will be run under the general guidance of the BSJA and C&T rules. ( A copy of these can be requested via email or send a SAE requesting)
  8. The judges and organisers’ decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing with a £15 deposit, returnable if the objection is upheld.
  9. The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule at any time.
  10. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any class for whatever reason they deem necessary.
  11. NO DOGS. Please keep them inside your vehicle.
  12. Spectators are welcome but please park in the horse box/trailer park.

WINTER SHOW JUMPING

  1. Entries close 5pm Sunday one week before the Competition, after which, late entries may be taken.   Late entries and entries on the day, if space available, are subject to £2.00 extra per class.
  2. The Show Secretary must be informed of any changes to original entry of Rider or Horse/Pony.
  3. Those who withdraw in writing before the closing date will have their entry fee, less an administration fee of £3 per Class refunded. Entry fees in any other circumstances will not be refunded.

ALL COMPETITORS WILL JUMP ALL 12 FENCES
(unless eliminated).
